• Unsafe or illegal use of charging infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing is shown before payment. Taxes and fees may apply.
• Payments are processed via our payment partners. By paying, you agree to their policies.

3. Refunds

Refunds are handled per our Return & Refund Policy. Certain completed services may be non-refundable.

4. Availability & Liability

Services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant transaction.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
